Frequently asked

What does the semicolon in MA;NE mean?

A semicolon is used when a writer could have ended a sentence but chose to keep going. We put it where the i belongs in Maine as a quiet reminder that your story isn't over.

How does pre-ordering work?

Reserve the colors you want with no payment today. When a drop is ready to produce, we email you a link to complete your order. It simply holds your spot.

What is the MA;NE Society?

It's our monthly membership. Members receive one exclusive, individually numbered hat every month. Each design is retired forever once it sells out — you're collecting chapters, not just hats.

Can I cancel my Society membership?

Yes. Memberships are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime before the next drop. You keep every hat you've already received.

What are the hats made of?

Rope hats are structured, mid-profile caps with braided rope detailing. Performance hats are lightweight and laser-perforated for breathability. Both feature a genuine leather patch and clean stitching.

Where do you ship from?

Everything ships from Maine. Pre-order and Society timelines are shared by email as each drop is confirmed.
